As we go through life, we meet with people who have the potential of affecting our live positively. Interacting with, and building strong interpersonal relationship with such people can go a long way in helping us to achieve our goal and objectives in life. At Andela bootcamp (cycle 32), I have opportunities of meeting with and interacting with some aspiring world class developers like myself. Interacting with this wonderful people, while working on the bootcamp project has created the added motivation in need to go through bootcamp on the way to becoming a world class develop. I would like to use this medium to acquaint with these wonderful individuals

Meet my teammate Agada Clinton from Benue state who is currently in Abuja. He studied Electrical and Electronics engineering from Federal university of Agriculture, Makurdi. Although he is presently teaching, I pick up interest in technology because of the technical complexity of the way computer program run. He felt that he can be one of the wise geeks that do such crazily amazing things. He began gradually, by following video tutorials online articles. He is capable of programming PHP with laravel, he is also good with Javascript on client side. While working on our bootcamp project, I have had to share ideas with him and he shows a good level of understanding on how to develop software projects. He is a great guy and I think we can be good teammates on the road to becoming top tech leaders.

Here before you is Affiong Uno from Akwa-Ibom Nigeria. She is presently residing in Abuja. This wonderful lady studied English Literature in Babcock university. Her interest in programming started when she saw the opportunity Andela is providing for aspiring technologist. I think she fell in love Andela’s way, because she was forced to start learning coding from scratch. My interaction with her reveals that is a talented lady with the capacity to learn and absorb information that can help to grow, both technically and otherwise. In just a short while that she begun learning to code, she demonstrate great programming skills. She has the talent that need to to be groomed

Also, lets meet Charles Onuorah. Aspiring develop from Enugu. He started programming a few years back, precisely 2014. He was introduced to Java programming while he was studying at Federal university of Technology Owerri. He has the potential to grow as a developer if some of the factors that militate against his progress are cleared. For him electricity, access to good laptop and internet is a concern. For many of us programmers in Nigeria, this is an issue. It only take someone who is really motivated to commit to the course of pursuing software development. It’s cool to have collaborated with him here in bootcamp.

Bootcamp have strengthened my resolve to become a tech leader. The wonderful people here in the house make me enjoy the process. I hope we all make through bootcamp and become Andela Fellows so we can have opportunities to continue collaborating on projects.
